At 11:40, four fire engines from Bamber Bridge, Penwortham, and Leyland fire stations attended a fire involving commercial premises on Church Lane, Farington. Firefighters used two hose reel jets, a hose reel, masks, and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
